Haven't received my Coach Sneakers yet going on 3 weeks now saying that is in progress I'm so disappointed with Coach hopefully they will arrive soon

I ordered these sneakers over a month ago, but you sent me the wrong item. I returned it through UPS exactly as your store instructed, and a week later you sent the same package back to me marked “Returned to sender – wrong item.” How does that make any sense? First you send me the wrong item, then I return it, and you send it back because it’s the wrong item. I just want the sneakers I originally ordered!!!! At this point, I genuinely want to know if the people handling these orders at Macy’s are paying attention. How do you make the same mistake twice?

Coach is my favorite brand. Comfort, quality, durability. There shoes last for years.

These will be a birthday gift for a great niece in August. Sure hope she likes them !
