Bose SoundLink Max Wireless Water-Resistant Speaker

Sound is lovely but doesn't shut off unless I let it go for 15 - 20 minutes until it shuts off on its own.

I am always satisfied with BOSE keep it up with all your products in the future.

The clarity & loudness are what i really am impressed with. I also bought a turtle box speaker and it does not compare. I only with it had the firmware to pair multiple Bose speakers to that i can get a true immersive feel out by the pool. Four or even six. Would be awesome.

The Max sounded so good I bought another to see how they would sound in stereo. Does widen the sound stage and improves spatial image and fidelity. The Max is s little heavy to just carry around but the Flex 2 (which I also own) sounds almost as good (lacking the bass , volume and play time) is more portable. Musically the Max (especially in stereo) is a great choice for a compact audio system in an average room. Volume is adequate for most users. I can’t rate it for “party of 20” as advertised (an odd speck IMO) but it does play louder than most people would expect. 1. Bass -good 2. Mids -good 3. Highs - good but could be better 4. App equalization is minimally useful but probably adequate for most people 5. Battery life - have used approximately 2hr a day for a week- battery still at 70% 6. Pricey - I got mine on sale but still $$$ 7. They would not pair in stereo if they both were connected to my phone. I almost returned the 2nd unit until I watched a youtube video where the guy paired the speakers before pairing the phone. That sequence worked well and afterwards the first speaker would pair with the phone and the second speaker would then synchronize with the other speaker as expected. 8. I’d rather be able to do the sync with the app rather than physically using the buttons. It would be more convenient if the speakers could find each other and connect without having to physically connect them and remember the set up when turned on. 9. The loud sound on start up and announcements should be able to be turned off and or volume controlled. 10. Pairs should be offered in a stereo package at a discount. 11. The Max is not an audio purist dream, but is a very good choice for a portable speaker that is twice as good in stereo.

you need to have battery life on all of your Bluetooth products and the ability to change a battery when it expires

Got this as part of a sale and was blown away by the sound. The clarity and overall sound is incredible. I'm genuinely surprised by the experience . If you have the money it's definitely worth the buy

Love my new speaker - has great sound with deep bass. Volume loud enough for a party. Easy to carry around. We use it inside and in our backyard. Looks cool too. Very happy with the purchase. Hope it lasts as long as my old one (over 10 years) Tina, from California
