ELOQUII Women's Wide Leg Cargo Jean

I received a pair of jeans that were not only previously used and returned but whoever had them before, also decided to launder them and the stench of the cheapest detergent was all I could smell. Macy's customer service has been absolutely useless. I contacted seller and they are equally as useless since they are non responsive. The jeans actually are nice overall if you manage to get them the right size because they are big, but the fact that the seller does not respond and that macy's claims to have their hands tied and refuse to do an even exchange for a product they are selling on their website and for a much higher pricetag, is absolutely ridiculous. They said I can return it and repurchase, but I purchased on a sale and they refuse to honor the sale price if I repurchase unless the "seller" agrees, and this seller isn't even responding and it's been two weeks. I didn't even realize macy's had decided to use third party sellers until this incident! Buyer BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!

I love the pants. I wear size 14. Size and length of pants,was too big and long. Little more information is needed.

Cute pants, but the legs are too wide. I did not like the way they fit me. Everybody's body is different. I sent them back

These pants are to big, the leg on the pants was so wide, the leg on the pants in the picture are not the same when you get them, look like I could put both legs in one leg of the pants. I returned them.

The fabric is great! However, the size is too big. Have to return for smaller size

Love the style and color but too big. I normally wear a size 26 but I was swimming in these. Sending them b as ok for a size smaller.
