The footbed of these boots is actually very comfortable, and I had no issues with cushioning or support. However, the shaft opening is quite narrow. I’m 5’7” and 138 lbs, and I found the ankle area to be very tight and restrictive. It feels a bit difficult to get on and off, and not very comfortable around the ankle. If you have slightly wider ankles or prefer a more relaxed fit, this might not be the best option.
I am fine with this latest purchase but what I am not Fein with was the prior purchase I made and the heel is broken I had to pay to have them repaired I didn’t want to return them and there was no replacement available and the only other option you gave me is 30% discount on a new full price purchase which I wasn’t prepared to make I think you should have reimburse me for a part of the prior shoe that was defective and let me keep it as I had to pay for a repair as I really like those shoes and did not want to return them since there was no replacing
They are comfortable and elegant with a pair of black trousers. Just what I needed
I had the red ones, and decided to get the black ones too, yet this pair hurt both my ankles
Great fit in the toe box. Fit around the ankle is a bit stiff and can cut into your leg. Wish that was softer. Need to wear calf length socks to make the top more comfortable.

These boots are beautiful and well made. However, the shaft is a bit narrow and rubs against my shaft that it felt like it is bruised after a day's wear (this can be solved by wearing thicker and above the ankle socks)
It is very tight and inconvenient towards the upper end. It gets very tight around my calf and distress me while walking. The zipper even caused a wound on the inside of my left calf
So far, so good. Ive been wearing them quite often since the day I bought them. They are comfortable and very stylish. The sole isn't very thick, so its best not to wear them on very cold days.
