Unique Vintage Plus Size Retro Style High Waist Vivien Swing Skirt

This skirt is very cute but it didn't fit. I am typically a 5x in the Unique Vintage brand, but this skirt was too small. This might be because the fabric does not have any stretch.

Had to return as it ran small, and they didn’t have my size for an exchange. However, was very impressed with color and quality and would have gladly exchanged for the correct size.

The third skirt of this fit and fabric that I own! I couldn’t recommend these enough. I get one size bigger than I actually wear so that the clasps don’t go through any strain during repeated standing/sitting during the day. The green went so well with Christmas pieces but will transition to spring and summer so well. I’m excited about owning this piece.

The skirt is very cute, a great length, and has pockets! I love it. The only issue is that one of the two hook closures was not sewn properly - it was dangling from the skirt by one end. It was just a $4 fix at the tailor's, however, so not a huge deal.

Sorry usually love the brand but quality has gone down. Especially considering the price point of each individual item. The construction of this skirt is fine its a flattering fit if a bit loose. BUT the fabric is terrible. Like a cheap nylon table cloth, weirdly both dull and shiny fabric.

I am surprised at the quality and comfort of the items I’ve bought so far. This skirt fits perfectly, has pockets and feels both elevated and comfortable at the same time. It’s just what I wanted.

The skirt is perfect except for the fact that as I was trying it on I realized the hooks are not fully sewn on. They both are not connected to the skirt and now I have to sew them back on. I do not mind as I sew as a hobby but it is upsetting to spend money on something and have both the hooks not fully finished. Other than that it fits great and I really like it. I have to order larger sizes because their sizes are not perfect matches to other places. Following the size chart is best! I am normally a 2-3x but I had to get a 4x and it fits great!

I like that it has pockets & I like the overall design. With a petticoat this skirt will look great but the material is giving more of a costume look than an everyday skirt, so I will probably only wear for special occasions & Halloween

I was expecting something a bit different, but it's still very beautiful. To me, the material seemed like a light satiny flowy one from the photo, it's actually quite thick and heavy, falls down pretty straight. I'm usually between sizes and I sized down on this one, maybe not the best idea as it fits pretty snugly. The length of it is perfect, the stitching is very well executed, everything is finished properly, the closure is secure and hidden. Pretty good dress, I was just expecting it to be a bit lighter. Good skirt all in all!
