It runs way too small and in order to get a refund or return you have to go through a third party reseller, not Macy's, even though it was purchased online at Macys. The third party reseller is no help and just refuses to stand by their product and incorrect sizing charts posted.
I received this beautiful leather coat yesterday and I was disappointed in myself because it runs very very small. I've always done well with medium size, but as mentioned I feel it even looks small hanging. And to get the large it would not fit properly, especially the sleeves they would be over my hands because the sleeve length was just right on this medium coat so I feel that the circumference doesn't match up for a medium. It's such a beautifully quality designed coat, but just would not fit me properly. So I have to send it back, unfortunately. :(
Beautiful leather coat but it runs small. I discovered this after the return window had passed. It works OK without the lining and with the hood removed.
I love the lambskin , but there’s a problem with the zipper. Tried repeatedly to zip up and down but it gets caught and then won’t zip up. I will return as this was not expected.
I really like the BGSD leather coats, but the cut/fitting is off. I usually wear a medium, but it was too small and then I ordered a large and it's too big. I have never had that problem with a coat.

I never received the product. After 9 days, ups supposedly has never received the product. Since it was a gift, hopefully it will arrive in time. Not confident but we will see
