Tight
I normally wear a small, but it is too tight. The medium is also too tight, so I had to go with large.

The only choice
I perform 8 shows a week and require a dance belt for every show. These are the only ones I will wear. Been dancing professionally for 10 years and once I discovered this dance belt I was sorted. Will continue to purchase for the rest of my career.

First dance belt experience
Fantastic quality. Perfect fit, rounds off everything nicely. Keeps everything in place without a worry. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to wear leggings to the gym or just around as casual wear. Really boosts confidence if you are a man who wants to show off your legs without being revealing. Just make sure you buy a size that will fit above your body measurements.

Fantastic Dance Belt
I have owned different dance belts over the years. The Capezio lined thong is by far the most comfortable and durable. The fit is great and gives you the support you need. Usually the go to that I recommend to others who ask for advice
