Nestl Memory Foam Neck Roll Bolster Cooling Cover Firm Density Pillow

I bought this 2 weeks ago. I use it as neck pillow. It’s cooling and comfortability.

A nice sized soft round pillow. Light weight and unusually soft, memory foam pillow.

This pillow replaces my current firm neck roll and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and firmness, just like the pillow it replaced. It minimizes the chance of waking up with a stiff neck for side sleepers. I comes compressed and expands to stated sized once taken out of package; like most memory foam does when shipped. I'm glad I didn't listen to other negative reviews and ordered it. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Hard as a rock and it’s too tall to fit comfortably between your neck and shoulder!

I found that this neck pillow was just what I needed for my neck while sitting in my recliner watching television.

Excellent for neck and back pain management. I already had one but when I saw it on sale, I bought it again.

don't know about the pillow yet but the shipping of the pillow the box it was in the bag that The box was in look like it been through the ringer. oh dirty and trashy looking and the box seem to have been open. it didn't even come in a Macy's bag so why didn't I come into Macy's bag and why was the bag and the box so shaggy looking? I'm thinking about sending it back just because of the bag in the box being all shaggy looking I don't even want to open the pillow. If it was delivered like it should have been in a Macy's bag and the box in the bag that it came in was not all raggedy shaggity looking then yes I would recommend it but not now.

Where is the support? The pillow goes completely flat when you rest against it! Terrible product!

i wasn't happy about the experience of ordering online nor the appearance when i received the order. i took longer than expected and ended up having to get it from a different source since when i recieved it was days after when i needed it. and when i received the order the box looked like it was thrown around and the pillow its self was compressed and folded in half.
