Used Product Was Sent !!
Product Rating OK but Service rating 1* I'm writing to express my pain. I’m very disappointed in my last order. I’ve been a Macy's customer for a decade, and it is unacceptable that I was sent a used product. I’m not a person who bothers with Macy's products, but this time, it was unbelievable. I’ve attached some pictures to this review. I just wanted to let you know that I expect fair service next time.
