Not bad for the price. Didn't come with instructions though, had to look at a picture to figure out how it goes together.

Nice rower for beginners. Easy to assemble and adjust the resistance. I like the range of motion for the arms, and it’s small and compact enough to store in a walk in closet. Price is reasonable too.

So go the rower, hubs put it together. I spent 20 minutes on level 12 and didn’t really feel like I got a good workout. I feel like I needed higher tension than 12. What can I do or buy to make workout more challenging. ? I m on the sunny app and did a workout with it. Same result.

I wanted an exercise machine that was compact, quiet, easy to assemble and use, that would give me a full-body workout in my own house, and that wouldn't be expensive. This one hit all my checkpoints!. I love that the rowing arms mimic a real full-range rowing movement, both frontwards and backwards so I can work both rear shoulder and upper back muscles, or delts and pecs. AND every row works the abs, quads and glutes, too! It's got a quality, hefty build, but not too heavy for a petite woman to move around. I'm very pleased with it and really enjoy working out on it!

I love it, a much fuller workout compared to the straight pull version i purchased from you about 10 years ago which i also loved

Hi. I'm a 70 year old over weight female and I live alone in an apt. My equipment was delivered at my door which was a blessing. I got it in and took my time to put it together. If you follow the directions you will have no problem. This rower is what I needed because of my weight walking was a problem. I needed to move and this equipment is helping me. I really love my rower. It's easy for me to use. And I'm more motivated to try harder to better my health. .

The machine works really nice. It is solid we are both in our 80’s and it gives us the resistance we need. Your complete lack of assembly instructions was a problem. A big problem I called you many names before I finally figured it out. It was pretty straightforward after the fact.

I have been rowing on water for 75 years and this machine most closely replicates a real rowing motion. I love it!

The rowing bars are uneven by over an inch. It makes it uncomfortable to use

Like the full body workout it gives. The video makes all the difference.
