Sneaky way to scam people out of their money
I ordered 2 suits and only received 1, but I was charged for both. When I reached out to ask why only one was sent, your response was basically, “Did you keep the receipt that came in the box?” — except there was no receipt in the box. Feels like a sneaky way to scam people out of their money by throwing in some surprise policy or requirement that you conveniently don’t include. I didn’t expect this kind of shady behavior from Macy’s. Honestly disappointed. If I could give them a 0 star I would have.

Photographs better than in person
Suit looked a lot darker in photographs. Fabric had a stamped pattern with low resolution. The fabric made a crinkly plastic-like sound when ruffled. The construction was decent though.
