Works great!
I've been using either towels or placing the tofu between plates for years. The tofu press works amazing and does a great job getting a lot of the liquid out. Makes me wish I purchased a tofu press sooner.

Bad design - pressed tofu sits in water.
On level 2, tofu gets pushed into the strained liquid. Defeats the purpose of the gadget.
