garbage - want my money back! AC adapter doesnt connect properly, so the entire kit is useless

It was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to install and use.

You advertise that your product works for canon t3 (I have Canon EOS rebel t3i) and I go to download the software on your site (your QR code that doesnt even work btw). I get nothing, this product sucks if I dont have a matching model since it doesnt list T3 as one of their downloads, great advertisting guys!! Keep up the great work!

I have been using this for my zoom calls, making content, and going live on social media. I didn't have any problems with setup and there is no comparison when using the camera over just my phone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to find more uses for my Canon Rebel camera, and being able to turn it into a webcam is something that really intrigued me. My kids and I love making videos, and we've been using a more basic web cam, so we were pumped to be able to try something new. My biggest complaint about this kit, though, is that it doesn't contain thorough instructions, so it's easy to think that it's broken when you take it out of the box. It would be more user friendly with a set of good instructions.
