nice hat, refund process is crazy
The hat is nice. I returned it because I got the same hat as a gift. The problem I have is I returned this item over 2 months ago and still haven’t received a refund. Macys stated that they are waiting for the vendor to issue the refund. I called numerous times and still no progress or refund. Because I used a Macys gift card I’m at their mercy. Waiting 2 months and counting for a return that Macys confirmed they received is crazy.
