All-Clad 3" Curved Pairng Knife

Love this knife for cutting the rind off citrus for citrus in salads. Nothing quite works like it!!

Im glad AC added this knife to its collection. It’s a little longer than the one i have, & very sharp!  You have to be really Caswell using this knife. I’m going to get those gloves that prevent your finger from getting cut, given that your thumb is susceptible  to getting cut

I’ve had block knifes and have been missing a nice curved paring knife. It’s a great weight, perfect curve and definitely a great addition to my kitchen cutlery collection. I used it to dice up a poblano the other day and it was perfect for getting the core and seeds out. Definitely want to add more of these to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is sharp and excellent quality; however the curve of the knife does not allow for my normal use. I tried using it to trim strawberries and ended up cutting myself. Not the kind of knife for me.

The knife feels well balanced and comfortable upon use. While it’s geared for more in hand work (off the cutting board), it can still be used to make those cuts as well. The curved blade makes using it easily with rounded produce, by hugging it closely, leaving little to no waste. Would be perfect for those intricate detailed designs of cut fruits and vegetables, I’m not that talented but I think that’s even I could pull something off with this blade.
