Merrell Men's Moab Speed 2 Vent 2K Trail Shoe

Toe box too tight. Why change the basic design of a shoe. Tighten up the toe box? Why?

These shoes have been to Nice, Genoa, Milan, Lake Como, Venice, Boston, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, and they are just breaking in. Normally I wear Hoka or Ohn;s, but these shoes are a great, comfortable alternative that can withstand the cold, the rain, and the day to day long hikes across great tourist destinations. Super pleased with these shoes and the comfort of their soft sole.

I have a long history of wearing Moab styled Merrells. The new Speed 2 vent is a great addition that I have been using training for an upcoming week long hike. They provide good support even with a light pack and uneven terrain while being very light and breathable

I like Merrell shoes. I have several pair. But the vent 2K just hits my arch in the wrong spot. I like the color of the ones I tried on but will be sending them back due to the improper fit. The shoe itself fits well but the arch is just in the wrong spot for me.

My son likes the shoes very much and wears them all the time.

Got a brand new pair of these for my trip out to Zion national Park. First day hike was about 6 miles R/T but they caused blisters on my pinky toes seem to run narrow.

Great fit and easy on/off with the”loop” on the heel.
