I have been suffering with chronic knee swelling following an injury. These really help bring down the inflammation. I've not found a complete cure yet but two of these before bed if I'm having a flare up and next day it's drastically improved.

The new capsules are massive and now I just cant swallow them, they are simply too big and I've given up taking these now. Sorry Solgar but you suck! Completely ruined a product that I took with no probelm for years. I will be searching for an alternative.
