Kindred Bravely Maternity Busty Contour Nursing Bra

While I loved the supreme nursing bra that I used initially at postpartum, I was looking for a cotton nursing bra instead of synthetic. Unfortunately even the size S doesn't fit me in the band... it is too wide and there is no other option!! Sad day. My band size is 30 for reference.

I liked the contour aspect and wanted to love this bra but it's unfortunately my least favorite of the 5 Kindred Bravely Bras I've purchased. I like that there is some shape/padding but my right boob spills out constantly and I'm regularly having to readjust.

Experience was fine! But the bra is not my fave. It slides up my back and doesn’t give much support

Major con: The smallest band size is listed as working for 30 and 32 but it’s definitely closer to 32. Sad that it was even on the size chart if it wasn’t going to fit, and both sizes could have been better covered with a smaller band paired with the included extender. Instead I’m on the tightest hooks and it’s still not snug. Disappointed bc this is the one that feels the most like a regular non nursing bra and would have been the one I reach for leaving the house most. Thankful that this isn’t the case with the main sublime model that I got more of anyway. The band material on this one does seem more stretchy / less stiff than that one. The top seam does also show as a ridge under some tops Pros: Really nice padding, enough for coverage but soft enough that it doesn’t interfere with nursing. Generally very comfy (maybe bc my size is a little loose?)

This was really comfortable at first but the band does not have enough structure to be supportive for larger breasts and relies too much on the straps which is really uncomfortable. Basically, the bra does not hold up my breasts, my breasts just drag down the bra like the bra is just molding to my breasts instead of holding them up. I mainly use this bra if I'm just preventing my boobs from touching the skin underneath. Super disappointed unfortunately because the strap placement is perfect (a common problem for me is straps placed too wide and cutting into my shoulders/arms) and I love the built in padding for nipple modesty.

I love the built in padding on these bras! I’ve bought them in all sizes as I’ve lost weight postpartum. Would definitely recommend!

I got the 1X busty and I am still spilling out of the cups.. I am typically a 38DDD/40E. I bought these because the pads are sewn in and they looked full coverage. But I do not like the fit of them at all and they fold up and irritate my underboob.

I tried both a M busty and L regular ( I'm 36 DD) in this bra, but neither worked quite right. I had to keep readjusting because it would start to bulge after a few minutes of normal movement. In addition, it didn't give much definition to my shape - it just looked like a sports bra as do many nursing bras. My guess is it would work better for a smaller bust. I also thought there was not enough padding to provide good coverage for someone who is actively nursing - sore nipples show through the lining easily. The KB Simply Sublime nursing bra is much better in terms of coverage and bulging, although it still looks and feels like a sports bra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like having a little bit of padding without having to fuss with removable inserts. This bra does the trick. A couple quirks - the "latches" are harder to re-fasten now than on previous iterations of this bra that I have. Also, the bra band shrank noticeably in length after the first wash. That was fine for my sizing because it was on the looser end when I first tried it on, but something to be aware of.
