APEC Water Systems RO Replacement Filter Set for RO-90 and RO-PERM Models, Stages 1 to 5

Just replaced my 5-stage filters on our system and everything went well! I tested the water and it is well within the RO specifications for clean water.

I was pleased that it was easy to order parts, that they had not increased in price to terribly in recent years, and they were quite easy to install. I confess I procrastinated for quite a while before ordering necessary filters, but once I did, the process was very straightforward and easy. Thanks for a good product in a day of questionable products.

Convenient easy way to keep up on your filter changes

We get our water from a deep well. Nevertheless, we feel safer having a APEC RO system under out kitchen sink. Inexpensive, and easy to maintain filter changes. Hookups are a snap, off and on with no leaking. I recommend APEC RO. My daughters have one and my sister recommended I should have an APEC RO.

We have had our APEC RO system for 4 years and I changed out all of the filters and the membrane when our flow dropped off. Very easy swap on all 5 elements and a good price when purchased as a kit. The filter/membrane swap did not help our flow, so the membrane probably would last 5+ years in our application. We have a 10 micron filter on our main water line and a water softener, so our system sees reasonably good water. The root cause of our flow problem was the pressure tank had lost its air pre-charge. I purged all of the water out of the pressure tank, charged it with about 6 psi of air, and let the system re-fill. Our RO water pressure and flow is as good or better than new now.

We enjoy having the convenience of the RO 90 system giving us pure water without the hassle of buying bottled water. It also provides pure water for our refrigerator ice maker. I believe it gives us a savings of not having to buy bottled water. We are very satisfied with the system.
