I ordered 3 Lenox items on 12/23/25. I received a text stating that my snow globe was canceled. I had also ordered two ornaments from Lennox. I tried several ways to get a telephone number so I could talk to someone and there is no way I could find a number I could call to see why they canceled my snow globe, very disappointed iwith customer service. Matter of fact, nonexistence of customer service doesn’t work at Macys.
