No one told me my boots were not coming, I had to call customer service to find out after two and a half weeks with no communication from Macys, Bad customer service in my opinion

I just purchased these and how they look online verses in person is two different shoes I am so angry I can’t get my money back!!

These boots are a steal! Got them in black and they are not too tight or loose. The bunch just a smudge at the ankle, but not a huge deal. They’re comfy to walk in. Love the chunky heel. Debating on getting these in shiitake color but definitely want to get it in the chocolate brown color as well. Def a must have!!

I was looking for this color and thrilled to find these. Waited two weeks for them to arrive. They are TERRIBLE!! today is the first day I am wearing them and from walking from my car to my office they slide down my leg and gather around my ankle. They are also very big. Macys wont take them back because they have been worn. Don't waste your money.

I ordered this pair of boots two weeks ago and still haven't received them!

Zipper was broke

For the first time I could get high boots with fitted shaft. For some reason most boots' shafts are so wide they look unsmart if they dont hug the calf properly. This is comfortable to wear and walk. Finally found the perfect pair of boots I was looking for.

These are very nice boots. The heel is just right, not too high. The only issue I had is they run a little large. I would size down a half of size.
