I purchased two pairs of heels from the same company. One pair of heels was black. The other was 10. I didn’t receive the black instead. I received an espresso color. I’ve contacted them several times and I have not received an email back so I decided to order the black pair on my own and they sent me a black pair without a shoe box. Wow shame on you London rag.
