3rd party vendor
Very disappointed to find out this was from a third-party vendor that had a completely different sizing chart then Macy’s or normal clothing so I ordered my regular size which was three times too big for me because it’s from Romans. Then to return you have to wait 10 days for it to show up on your bill. They have to receive the item before they give you the refund

Good buy
Robe is soft & comfy, although bigger than I thought it would be. I'm ok with that. Haven't washed it yet so Idk if it'll shrink. Good purchase for the price.

Ordered this robe based on a search for 100% cotton robes. It is only 60% cotton, obtainable anywhere. Nowhere in the description is the polyester mentioned.

Zip up robe
I ordered my normal size in this robe, unfortunately, I didn’t know it was from a third-party vendor and the road ran huge. I had a heck of a time, speaking with customer service and trying to get this thing returned. I called the third-party company that they sold this for and they told me that it was up to me to pay for return. I will not be purchasing anything from this woman within company again, it’s too hard to do business with them, and apparently Macys Customer Service doesn’t know how to handle it.

These robes are of great quality and pretty designs. Wash well. Dried on low. Came out of the dryer wrinkle free and looking brand new. Run a little large.
