I purchased the black pair. They are beautiful. Unfortunately, the shoe runs small. Go up a half size

I purchased this shoe previously and I was very satisfied. The second purchase didn't go so well. I was sent 2 different sizes. One shoe was the size I ordered but it was tight. I love the shoes but did not like this experience.

This pump had so much potential sleek, classic, with that glossy grey finish and a touch of metal at the toe for modern edge. I really wanted this shoe to work. But the fit? A full-on fashion fail for anyone with a high instep. I couldn’t slide in. I couldn’t push through. I tried gentle, I tried glam force… and still no luck. My foot simply wouldn’t go in past the arch. If you’ve got a high instep, skip this shoe altogether. It’s not just tight it’s structurally unsupportive for any foot that’s not narrow and low-profile. I returned mine the same day, with a sigh. Beautiful to look at but not made for real feet with real volume. If the shoe can’t flex, let it go like the song says ‘LET IT GO” your foot’s not the problem. So Says Me! This is a gorgeous shoe! The pictures really don't do it justice. I wear a size 9.5 and usually get a 10 when my heel is out. I purchased the 10 hoping they would not be too big and make my feet look like they belonged to a man. They fit perfectly and look great on. I walked around in them for about 30 minutes and they are very comfortable. The heel type provides more stability and is not too high ( I can't do anything above 3 inches at 57 and these are perfect).! Also the toe box is not too tight IMO. Not only will you love the style to wear with jeans, dresses or dress pants, you will feel like a million bucks. I got them on sale, but you would swear I paid way more than I did. I initially purchased the grey and went back to get the black ones while they were still on sale. Yeah for me!

Gorgeous shoe and heel height is just right, but toe the box fits a bit tight; going to exchange them for a larger size to see if there is relief in the toe box, since it does not come wider.

They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I would not recommend buying them.
