I had a fantastic experience at Macy’s in Serramonte. thanks to Kim and Shaloni. We went to cancel a dress we had purchased online because the store had it in the size we needed, and they were able to sort everything out perfectly for us. Shaloni, the manager, went above and beyond to sort out all the details; she was exceptionally professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. I’m so grateful for their excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. The dress is absolutely perfect, perfect fit and I received many compliments.

I looked long and hard at multiple stores. This one is beautiful, elegant, modest and not super glitzy and showy. It is also flattering to my less-than-perfect figure.

Too long

This dress is comfortable, elegant, and perfect for me to wear at my son's wedding next month! It fits great and was priced just right.

Nice dress but it didn't fit. Sure wish the dress department at the 12 Oakes Macy's wasn't such a mess. Non of the racks were organized by size or color. I finally gave up and ordered online. I now have an order in for a third dress because I couldn't find sizes in the store. Now I have to make a trip to return dresses. I will not be shopping there again.

Beautiful dress! I had to return because the length was very long on me. I would recommend this dress as it is made very well and very classy on. The return to Macy’s was very simple and fast.
