I just bought mine today and am amazed at how it glides along steaming like crazy! I had been looking for months for a floor steamer as I moved into a 3000 sq ft new home and needed this. I have five cats and killing 99% of bacteria is just the checker! I love Ninja products and Shark products!

Honestly I thought this was gonna help with my daily cleaning having a toddler and another baby otw but it’s really just a pain in the butt I’ve used this maybe a total of 8 times and everytime I use it I have to fight with it to work. The first 3 times it worked great and I got everything done fast but now I wish I wouldn’t have spent so much money on a product that I wouldn’t be able to use.

I love that it combines picking up messes, steaming, and sanitizing, in one convenient tool, so I don’t have to sweep and mop separately. It picks up dirt and stains in my hardwood floors AMAZINGLY and leaves the floors not only looking spotless and shiny but smelling fresh. The steam heats up very quickly, and the mop is easy to maneuver around the house. This is a great option for everyday cleaning and especially helpful for me on days when dealing with bigger messes or areas that need a deeper clean. This is definitely a necessity for my home since I never get a break from cleaning and it has saved me from back ache that other mops have given me, I don’t know how I’ve ever lived without this!

I have had this product for over a year and I love using my shark vacuum/steam mop. The floor comes up so clean, I love it.

I bought this product to replace an old steam mop and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I would still run a vacuum over the area before mopping but this mop picks up all the little bits that seem to linger on hard floors after cleaning. It is easy to use and easy to clean, great product.

The sanitizer level 3 is messy/leaky and doesn’t pick up hair or lint properly so I only ever use level 2. Unfortunately it leaves the floor streaky. I still vacuum first.

So happy that i purchased this item, it cleans well and is easy to use and clean. the fact that it picks up small particles whilst mopping also is a blessing
