I went back to Macy’s for help setting the watch and for resizing the band. The sales person said she would not be able to adjust the band, not having the right tool. So I chose another watch. That said, the Casio was nice-looking and had so many good features that I wish I could have kept it. It gave date, month, weekday, in addition to having an analog time. Too bad.
