I Contacted Macy’s via email as advised and told them This Lamp IS MARKED as DELIVERED. However, I NEVER RECEIVED The Lamp and I heard NOTHING back. I THEN Contacted Macy’s via telephone and ADVISED I have NEVER Received this Lamp. I was Given NUMEROUS Apologies and ASSURED a REFUND would be issued. I have yet to Receive REFUND or Hear back from Macy’s or Lamps Plus where Lamp came from. Sadly, this was a matching Set of three (3). I now have to Return the two (2) Table Lamps. The Credit for those appears in Account, Yet NO REFUND has been issued for THIS Lamp that was NEVER Received!! NO EMAIL Sent to me from Lamps Plus as I was Advised to, “Keep an eye out for.” The Customer Service Representative was Wonderful to deal with. However, What is my next step to get my $100+ REFUND for a Lamp I NEVER Received?? This is Extremely frustrating. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM MACYS SEES THIS REVIEW AND HELPS. IDK What’s going on with Post Office,This IS 5th or 6th ITEM LOST that Says Delivered!
