Any time I order shoes from Macys they come delivered looking worn. These are no different. I’ll be returning these to the store again and will be searching another Macys to find them because they aren’t sold in the store by me.

I like the gold strip on the heel. I've had many black pumps in my life and the gold strip makes them a little more special.

(This review is in reference to the LIGHT GOLD pump) This is THE best shoe in my entire wardrobe. I work 9-10 hours a day and this pump feels like I am wearing a cloud. It is very comfortable and fits my foot like a glove. There is no pinching in the front like some pointed shoes do, it doesn’t slide around, and all of my toes sit comfortably, not crowded whatsoever. It is also soft on the ball of my feet. After two years of CONSISTENT and heavy use, I now have to buy another pair. The error is with me— I do tend to drag the pointed part of the shoe on the ground (this happens with all my pointed heels) and the fabric at the front is frayed and coming undone. I have a cobbler that told me there isn’t much he can do, but I may want to invest in some tips to prevent this from happening in the future. If you do the same, it’ll be worth investing in some tips! I cannot wait to get my next pair in. Everything about this shoe screams classy and elegant. Great for work, evening & play!

These shoes fit true to size and are comfortable. Great with jeans and dresses. A nice pop of color
