Lenox Tuscany Classics Cylinder Highballs, Set Of 6

I bought these glasses 8 years ago and wanted to get new ones. These are not the same glasses as before. The base is much lighter and the glasses feel very cheap now. I will return them.

Very thin glasses. I wanted ones from Williams Sonoma but these were 1/2 the price. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful glasses and nice design for everyday use

What a disappointment! We’ve had a set of these glasses since our wedding in 2019 and, after a few were lost to clumsiness, I thought it was time to buy another set. This order’s glasses are significantly lighter and appear much cheaper than the previous ones. The bottom is thinner, as is the glass around the cup. I thought I bought the wrong version, but it seems like other shoppers had had the same experience. I would not recommend these new glasses and I’m very disappointed to Lenox for cutting their quality like this. The photo is not what you will receive. I wish I could share a picture to highlight the difference. I’ll be seeking new glasses elsewhere.

Product came in a plastic envelope, not in a cardboard box, so half the glasses were broken. I’m not sure who is working at the warehouse, but they should know better. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it. Disappointed.

Purchased as water glasses for my dining room/holidays. So excited to use them in compliment with the rest of the lenox classics collection.

I’m so bummed! These glasses have been an elegant classic for ages. I entertain quite a bit and have these glasses in my kitchen, my wet bar, and my coffee station. Sometimes glasses chip or break, and I like having a classic name brand so I can buy replacements when needed. These new Lenox Tuscany glasses do not match the old glasses. They look like a Walmart alternative. The bottom is not as thick, and the sides of the glasses are not as thick. They look and feel like a downgrade.
