I've had this unit for 3 months, I decided to use it for the first time last week, it works ok, but the tip keeps popping up n water leaks everywhere, no matter what tip Inuse it's the same way, I've tried everything from the instructions to google, to YouTube, still doing the same thing, I tried to contact the company, but no response so I figure I'll leave a review as to what my issues are with hopes they will respond..

But actually works very well. It's very powerful. Of course my dentist said I shouldn't replace flossing traditionally with this, but I feel like I could because it works so well.

Many options as far as pulse/pressure. Like the blue light sterilizing option ( my old one was always moldy). Hold more water too.

I bought this one after owning another model by the same company and this one is definitely not as good

It's okay. The LED light needs to be brighter to see the different levels and water pressure could be stronger so that I don't floss twice to feel like I have a good cleaning.

I love this flosser! I have another one that's bulky and needs to be plugged in, so it's annoying to use. I love that this is smaller and cordless. It does a good job cleaning my teeth, too. I highly recommend this!

Being wireless, this is so easy and convenient to use. Stronger pressure than I was expecting as well, but adjustable. This doesn't completely replace traditional flossing for me, but is a fabulous addition to it.

I love this water pick. There are lower and stronger settings with multiple heads so it's really easy for my family of three to share. Gets off all the hard calcium too
