I got total different pants and I can't return them

They sent me a totally wrong pants: a different brand, color, style, very disappointed with a customer service! And now it says it was a final sale, no return, it wasn’t when I placed an order.

I love everything Vince Camuto has in his woman’s clothing collection. I have not been disappointed yet. Quality and style. He is doing excellent work. Love love ❤️

The pants are so soft, comfortable, and cute animal print, it's a darker brown print. I bought a size down because of a review I read, and I'm glad I did. I just washed so will see, and it says hang dry. I'm going to fluff in dryer for a couple of minutes.

Great fit, very soft, but no pockets

Love the plum color and it's really soft. Purchased hoodie first and loved so much got bottoms. Runs a little long but workable. Fit is good with just enough room. I am 5'4" 230. more money than I wanted to pay, even on clearance but I will keep cause I really like. hoping it holds up well as I haven't purchased much of this maker yet.
