Tiny Blessings 14K Gold Modern Heart Stud Screw Back Earrings

DO NOT BUY FOR A FIRST PIERCING – Defective and Dangerous Choking Hazard!I purchased these 14K Gold Tiny Blessings screw-back earrings through Macy's online for my daughter's 2nd birthday. At the piercing studio, the professional piercer could not get one of the gold backs to tighten because the threading was completely stripped right out of the box. To avoid torturing my crying toddler, we had to use a temporary silicone back, which slid off the next day. The defective original backing completely failed to grip the post, fell off, and was lost. My daughter had a horrific, traumatic experience screaming while we tried to fix a broken product, and I had to rush out to buy a separate pair of earrings so her holes wouldn't close. When I contacted Tiny Blessings customer service, they refused to help unless I paid an extra $25 plus shipping to buy a replacement backing for an item that arrived defective! Terrible customer support and defective product that is a safety hazard for babies
