it is good for the price
The ivory shade is not even closer to white. It is rather a faded greyish-pinkish tone. It is overall good.

Sales and Service
The operator was very nice and professional. Her English was good but I couldnt understand all her words due to a mild accent. She spoke low and was reading from a script and reading fast since she probably says the same thing 40 times a day . I couldnt keep up with her and told her to slow down. She got my order wrong and I missed getting the gifts to my family in time for Christmas.
