NEVER RECEIVED! Leaving on a trip tomorrow and ordered early to ensure they would be here...it was 3 to 6 business days. On day six had not even shipped. SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered new shoes but received floor sample
The title explains my annoyance - I ordered two pairs of shoes for my sons for a party. One is delayed and won’t arrive in time so I’ll have to return them. The other arrived today. We were expecting a brand-new pair of shoes and the box they came in was labeled “floor sample.” They don’t look to be damaged but I find this unacceptable. I’ve read other comments from people who received obvious returns or other less-than-new items from Macy’s. When we order online we have to trust that the vendor will send what we ordered, not some sub-par item.
