I received my ProsourceFit weighted vest yesterday and was excited to try it on the treadmill this morning. It fits really well, and there’s plenty of room for adjustment if needed. It definitely gave me a good workout. I’m planning to use it a couple of times a week to keep things challenging and safe.
So far so good. Both my 115 lb wife and I (195 lb) in our 70’s use it when walking the dog or taking a walk with friends. It works well, is reasonably comfortable It doesn’t impact balance and even may help / improve it. .
I was surprised with how great it feels. Helps me into correct posture when walking and adds the weight for bone density health.
Good for posture
The vest is easy to put on and take off. The straps are easy to adjust. My only complaint is it has a strong odor that has not dissipated over time.
Sized for a toddler. Looks like Package had already been a return The box was taped over several times with old tape on it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was just what I was looking for...Appropriate in weight and you can get the one for you also, it fits snugly and remains in place when you're doing stand up and sit down exercises...good resistance when you want to push through plateaus in training.
