Lots of issues!
I received the bag. First of all...it didn't look new; it was covered in fingerprints inside and out. Also, the top clasp would not close all the way. You can actually see that in one of the shots of the purse. It pops open very easily. The fabric under the crystals has a pinkish hue. It's going back!
