Disappointed with low sparkle; rather cloudy

I am very upset! These earrings are tiny. No where near the size in the picture. One earrings in very cloudy, like the diamond was crushed. I want my money back. These are such low quality for the price!

This earring gave me an itching and really red ear , I think it is not be supposed to hurt me but because the price is not little. I was researching wrong about the Macy’s merchandise. Thanks

Just recently purchased two pair of the 3/4 diamond stud earrings. I am not a diamond expert but the quality of the stone appeared to be satisfactory. My main concern is the posts on both sets of earrings was inferior. According to what was advertised they are supposed to be fourteen carat white gold. One set had a crooked post and the other set the post wiggled. I have been a long time Macys account holder and I was extremely unhappy with these products. Purchased these for my wife and daughter for Valentine's day and now I am apologizing for an inferior product. Will have to go to a jeweler to have these issues corrected. Would appreciate it f someone would contact me regarding this purchase.
