2nd pair for my son. He likes the look and fit. He wore the first pair out by wearing them nonstop.

The first order went to the wrong store, the second order I had sent to my house. When I got the second order, I only got one shoe in the box. When I called customer service, she told me she wasn’t surprised and was happy to issue a refund.

I like them but I received an obvious used item. It has some scratches and fell worn down. I see Im not the only one with this issue

These shoes arrived in a plastic bag instead of a proper shoe box and when we opened them they are both all scratched up.

I purchased this VERY nice shoe at a store. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size so I opted to buy a half size smaller than usual due to the shoe being leather in hopes it would stretch. Upon trying them on at home to wear to an event I felt they were a little too tight for my liking so I went and returned them to the store. The cashier found one available at another location and offered to ship it directly to my house. I was happy to accept that as I really liked the shoe. Upon receiving the item at home a week later I was in utter shock. The shoes were VERY heavily used it appeared. Tags were attached which looked like they were considered "new". This was truly not the case. The previous shoe I purchased in-store was in fact smooth in color and was new as it should have been. Please look at the advertised picture. That is truly how the first shoe was that I purchased. The major scuffs and deep crease lines cannot be missed ALL OVER the shoe. Disappointing

The associate at Macys Heard Square helped my husband so much as he tried on 4 or 5 pairs of boots before the ones that were comfortable and looked good. Thank you!
