Didn’t work for me
I was really hoping this pillow would be perfect for me. If it was built more like a cervical pillow maybe it would have worked. I tried it for a full week and woke up with bad neck pain all the way down through my shoulders. I will be calling to request a refund and asking how to send it back properly.
Having said that, I think this pillow would be good for people who are used to flat pillows. I am not, and apparently cannot go back to them.

This is probably one of my favorite pillows of all time. I never have to turn the pillow. It does stay cool all night.

It is a pillow
You could honestly convince me it has no gel in it. By extension it's cooling properties are worse than other gel pillows I've had.

Just OK
We have two Cariloha gel pillows from a few years ago that we love. Something must've changed in the way they are made because the two I just received are not nearly as cooling as the others we have. I am disappointed because they are not cheap!
