Ornative Eloise 45 Piece Flatware Set, Service for 8

The virtual assistant "said" they credited my account - we'll see. Unfortunately I initiated a return on the day it said it was being delivered because it was being delivered well after they initially said it would be and I had to buy something to use right away. So, the system is waiting for my return and I don't know if my credit will go through. The tracking number they gave me was not the correct tracking number and UPS cannot track a package any other way. It sure would be nice to be able to speak with a person about this but Macy's only uses virtual assistants apparently and they can't resolve anything in the least bit complicated. Very poor customer service.

This was supposed to be delivered today and is not yet even shipped. It's still on the first step, "processing." Macy's won't let me just cancel the order since it won't get here before my move. So now I have to go through the hassle of waiting for it to be delivered (they don't even have an estimated arrival date, which they don't adhere to anyway, obviously) and then returning it.

Purchased as a gift, so at this point I can only review what I can see, not how these will hold up. They have a nice weight and most certainly look sturdy, with a nice luster to them. Withholding one star as I do not know how they will hold up with usage.
