Within the first time used, the luggage already had a dent. Poor quality and dealing with the online support is horrible. Last week, I used it and the zipper is giving me problems and a piece broke. Please have someone from support reaching out to me by email.

I love this set, but this piece really was a trunk! So thick that i couldn't manage it . I loved it , but so impractical . I wish it was just a normal sized medium suitcase. I kept the carryon ( it was normal ) and the duffel, so cute. Just wish they would size this as a regular suitcase :)
I bought this model of Hartmann luggage; the plastic zipper broke the first time I used the suitcase. To its credit, Hartmann send me a replacement. The replacement broke the first time I used it in exactly the same place. Since it broke when I was in South America, I had no choice but to leave the useless luggage behind and buy a new one to finish the trip. This time Hartmann only offered a useless option of repair or a 20% discount on another Hartmann product. Fool me once.....
I have had the luggage for almost 6 months with extensive travel including air. The piece has shown wear but overall done a decent job so far with only one structural issue.The hard case has held up with no damage on the exterior, just some cosmetic marks from luggage being checked on planes. These marks have not come off with cleaning but again, just cosmetic issues. The other issue was that the gold color handle wore off which exposes the bare unpainted plastic on the handle itself. The structural item that broke was one of the zipper tabs, the locking hole of the tab broke off and Hartman did send a replacement. It may have been a faulty item and I have not experienced any issues with the replacement. Overall the luggage is attractive and operates well but I gave it an above than average due to some of the issues encountered in just 6 months of use. Unsure but I am probably going back to a soft case like the Tweed collection series as I had before. I think the internal design is better for packing.

Hartmann makes the best luggage. It always gets compliments and lasts for years. They stand by their products and have an incredible team. I have owned Hartmann for over 25 years and its the only luggage I would travel with.
Terrible piece of luggage unworthy of the Hartmann brand. One trip not checked but carried on and back straps broke completely off. Do not buy this poor quality luggage.

Love the design and already owned a Hartmann before. I miss the little side zipped pockets and the fact that the zipped pockets on top the left part are not see-through. Small details. It is worth noting that it is slightly taller than my previous suitcase. The wheels are super smooth as well. It just survived a transatlantic flight unharmed after I had to check it.
