awful zipper
zipper is rough and constantly snags while trying to close up the bag

Red signature lining will bleed on your clothes.
I bought this bag to travel to a wedding in Italy. I packed two white shirts inside the pouch and the signature red lining has rubbed off on my shirt collars, which has permanently stained them. Hartmann policy is that "The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage to the contents".

Professional Looking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice professional looking garment bag! It is easy to use and it stores garments well. Material is sturdy. One star off because the zipper can be a bit finicky.
