malachite stone fell off the right after first wear. brought it to store to return. they said return is not acceptable because the label was off. sent it in to get repair and waiting for macy’s to call me so i can pick up the ring. hope macy’s will stay in business for awhile. guess will make many trips back to get the ring repair again. i would not recommend this product even when it is on clearance.
After the first wear, one Malachite stones fell out, I returned it to Macy’s and got a new ring. After only a few additional wears of the new ring, four of the Malachite stones have fallen off. Will attempt to get some sort of alternate replacement directly from Effy. Otherwise, only recourse is to try to sell it for the weight of the gold?
