This pills has helped significantly with inflammation, it is also perfect in size and easy to take every morning!

I take one or two of these a day. I feel the difference.

Having been on this product for six months, I feel the benefits in my right hip that has arthritis. Previously I had difficulty lifting my leg to get on my bicycle and there was pain. I now can lift my leg to get on the bike and there is no pain. The dose indicated 3 X’s a day. I take it twice daily and it remains affective.

I’m sure these are fine but the pills are so big and hard for me to swallow.

Love this product. I take after a strenght workout, which is 3xs a week. The joints in my arms tend to get achy after lifting weights and this seems to minimize the pain/inflammation I feel afterwards. Aside from this, turmeric is a staple in my supplement regimen and this is a great product as it contains some fat and pepper for better bioavailability.

I use it every day for arthritis. I was taking turmeric before, but I always had pain. Your formula seems to get rid of the pain much better. My one issue is that I have PLS which affects all my muscles, even swallowing muscles. Sometimes the tablets get stuck in my throat. Capsules would be easier to swallow. I like how they work.
