they need to find out who's making these crock pots it's not worth it it breaks down very easily. I use this crock pot probably about five or six times after that it was gone!!!! I suggested Macy's check up who they are backing.

This is a great crockpot. We use this one to make dips to travel to other homes with. I feel like it is lightweight compared to others and the lock lids make me feel a lot safer traveling in it with my car.
