I have spent at least 30 minutes getting help from AI to get the machine to stay on a manual level one for lymphatic drainage. Whether I use the plate console or the remote, and select my minutes, it reverts to the F01 mode. I have tried resetting the plate multiple times. I just want to be able to set it at speed 1 and go. I will be returning the plate to Macy's.
Nice vibration plate overall! The vibration settings and features work really well, and the remote control is very easy to use and navigate. My only small downside is that the pressure point bumps on the plate feel a little rough, so I personally would’ve preferred a flatter surface to comfortably use it without shoes. Other than that, it’s a great product!
It good for the price if you are not planning on doing a lot of movement on it but it’s a little compact for too much movement and you may also step on power button that’s located on top. Otherwise it’s good for starters and the bands are a plus.
