DID NOT SHIP ON TIME
I received an email that this product (curtains) was shipped on 12/15/2025, which a delivery date of 12/20/2025. The product never arrived at the carrier and was not shipped all the way up to 12/24/2025, at which time I chatted with Macy's and requested a refund since the product did not ship. They told me they couldn't help me and I had to contact the manufacturer for a refund. I contacted them 3 different times with NO RESPONSE. I then ordered different curtains from another retailer, received them, loved them. Now all of sudden they shipped this product, even after I requested a refund. Now, Macy's will still not help expedite a return. I have never received such poor customer service from a manufacturer or Macy's itself. I will never shop here again.
