More beautiful than the picture shows, feminine, dainty , sized just right , received many compliments

I was excited to receive. I tried it in and it broke. Cheaply made. I will be returning the bracelet.

Broke in half once I put it on. Cheap materials. Expected much more for the amount paid.

I bought this during the black Friday sale. I didn’t get around to wearing it until February. I wore it one time and it broke. Don’t buy this. I’m not buying any more products buy this brand. I tried to return it, but they told me I was too late and now I have to go to the third party. I really don’t have time for that. Macys should to do better than this.

Clearly broken and not repairable. Disappointed that I have to go out of my way to get a refund.

I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas. After waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, I opened the package and it was a rain poncho!! With another persons name on the packing slip. I’m sure my bracelet went there and the pancho they ordered is at my house! Very disappointed in Macys handling of this!! I want my bracelet, not a refund. They can’t replace it for me because even though I ordered from Macys, it turns out it was a 3rd party vendor! Honestly I don’t care, I ordered thru the Macys app and paid for it thru that app. Very Poor customer service!

I saw this turquoise bracelet on sale on Macy's.com and fell in love with it's details. The size was not described, but l ordered anyway. It turned out to fit my small wrist, and l am very happy with the purchase. The bracelet is gorgeous and stylish. I am so happy that l followed my instincts and bought this bracelet. My daughters also loved it. I guess l will have to order some more. Thanks Macy's for such a great price.

Beautiful bracelet, but too small.

This bracelet looks substantial online but in reality, it looks and feels like it came from a novelty machine at the grocery store. I wouldn't wear this for two reasons - the stones and setting are cheap fake and I'd be afraid that it would break before I left the house.
