This is an inferior quality it’s from an another vendor that Macy’s utilises. It’s plexiglass Not glass covers very cheap aluminium base. I returned it very cheap quality.
Like others who wrote reviews, I also got the wrong brand different (COSTWAY) from the one advertised (GIVIMO) Why would Macy tolerate such. This is misleading?

I ordered GIVIMO and got COSTWAY!! I might keep it as I don't want to make a trip tp return. There is a huge difference in theri original price and GIMIO had more reviews. This is disappointing Macys!!

Too big would not work in my space - I return it, that’s where the big issue started. The company received the item and I wait a full week before contacting Macys to inquire about my refund. The 3rd party company has not responded. I am waiting for Macys to respond and refund me. BUYER BEWARE
I really loved this item, I have used it twice since I bought it for hosting and it has worked so well. I’ve also gotten so many compliments about my warmer. I do recommend this product!! You can add water on the tray for the heat to distribute evenly and I like that
I wish I could have kept it, but I could fit it into my kitchen cabinet for storage.
